A little silver polish and a little elbow grease works very nice.

Try the banks first.

If unsuccessful, pay a visit to coin stores. They should have rolls or bags of uncirculated coins. The coin dealers will charge premiums, but it'll save you a lot of time and trouble of going to banks.
