It would really help to know what you had natural interests or abilities for, but here are a few suggestions:

Try sketching, drawing cartoons, caricatures, etc...

Read the local paper, and write response letters to peoples complaints in the editorial section.

Read a book.

Write book, movie, or product reviews for online sites.

Design a website.

Design your own clothing, jewelry, handbag, shoe, etc... sketches.

Research unusual hobbies and pick one you like the best.

Take up a culinary art. (i.e. cake decorating)

Take up photography or scrap booking.

Sew, knit, crochet, tatt, latch hook, crewell, etc...

Write stories, poems, journal, etc...

Paint, sculpt, etch, etc...

Do crossword puzzles, word searches, soduku, etc...

Trace your family tree

Start a collection (anything that interests you)

Reorganize a closet

Write a letter to or phone a friend, relative--brighten their day.

Volunteer somewhere.

Create a book of your favorite riddles/jokes

Volunteer at a Nursing Home to read to the elderly people who can't see very well. Or volunteer at the local animal shelter to walk the dogs. Or clean your closet out and donate all the things you decide you don't want to keep to the local Homeless Shelter.
