Go in the sun without sunscreen. That's how I wound up with them! If you will freckle, you'll be covered up. If you don't freckle, then you won't.

Your question, I think, is implying that you want "more" freckles?
Well, freckles can be hereditary or it can be of slight mutation. By slight mutation, I mean that use of facial products and getting exposed to UV light (sunlight) can lead to freckles.
Almost anything can cause freckles if we are not careful enough. Old people have spots, not necessarily freckles, but because they were exposed to sunlight in their days.

Get a sun tan. Exposing your skin to the sun will most of the time cause you to get more freckles.

go out in the sun with no sunscreen and get slightly burnt the freckles will come but i do not think it is very healthy cancer wise to do so

spend more time out in the sun....
freckles are actually caused by too much exposure from the sun...and sometimes sun burns cause them as well.

Sit with you face directly in the sun or get a brown felt tip pen and add them in .....
