Sorry, cannot choose best answer as they are all good because, as pointed out by one answer, it is your own view. I'll leave the choice of best answer to Q+A

I have not done a good job at it but our life has only one reason and that is to serve lord by serving our fellow human beings. I believe god has sent us as his representative to work on his behalf to better the lives of others. If we take out this duty then life has no real purpose I think.

Life has its own reason. As given the greatest gift, LIFE itself it's worth entirely on its own; to enjoy, to absorb, to understand, learn and apply knowledge.
My own personal reason for life is to enjoy this that has been given to me, and not take it for granted. Share the best moments with the people I care for, help the ones in need if I have the means to do so, learn new things every day, and accomplish all that I dream and make it a reality.
The best reason there is, is to know what life means to you, and let it be as you wish for, always knowing that the only one thing that belongs to us entirely is our body, our mind and our soul; what we make of it depends on how you arrange it all together.

We are all born into this world not by our own choice. Life is what you make it. I think of it like this .One time a teacher gave us a ball a play dough and told us to make something out of it. I don't even remember what I did. But afterwards she told us that this is what life is like. As we were given this ball of clay. So were we given one life. You can't ask for another one so you better do the best you can with what you have. Thanks.

I think my reason is to learn from what life throws at me (and it's thrown some pretty horrid things my way) and then use that knowledge to help others in whatever way I can and be there for the people in my life that love me no matter what.

Any one can give an answer according to his/her thinking. But will we get a perfect answer because each of us has varying opinion about life and its aim.
I am living to reach a day in which there is nothing to regret, even in my thoughts.
Even this day is a gift for me to realise my failures yesterday.
I hope to reach that glittering day..... one day!

I like it. Life is fun so I live it for myself, If I can bring joy or help to others then that simply makes the fruit sweeter.
