Although identical twins have the same genetic make up as they are a split from one egg. Any off spring they have even if they were by the same man would be different. Each egg has a different genetic makeup. They have different recessive and dominant genes. This is also the same for sperm. How these link up appears to be random.
It is likely that the children would look similar enough to pass as siblings.
On the moral side these children would be Half siblings through the father and cousins through the mothers at the same time. Although this is not common it does happen. There are cultures which believe that twins should never be separated. Also it is hard for some twins to separate. It is easier for them to share the same partner.
People should be careful making moral judgements on this situation. It is not illegal so long as they don't attempt to get married. If they can make it work then I say all the best to them.
It will be hard because although they are twins they are also two people as well. With individual emmotins and feelings.

Very interesting question! Yes, I think biologically they would be full siblings assuming that the sisters were IDENTICAL twins because their DNA is identical. If the sisters were fraternal twins, however, I don't think they would be full siblings but very close cousins. Do you agree? As a side note, I worked in an NICU once where we had 2 premature babies born a week apart to a set of sisters, not twins though. It turned out that the same man had fathered both! He would try to visit at opposite times of the sisters as they apparently were not aware of his extracurricular activities with the other. Eventually, however, he was screwed when one sister caught him. The next day, she showed up with a Rueger (unbeknown to us), waiting for him in the NICU until he came to visit the other baby. It was quite the situation when she pulled the gun! Fortunately, no one was hurt and we transferred one of the babies to a nearby unit to avoid future sutuations.

No, the babies wouldn't be "full" siblings because they have different mothers. Also the sisters would have to be identical twins to have the same DNA. Another thing, he could get one sister pregnant with a boy and the other sister could be pregnant with a girl. So if you look at it that way you can see how the kids would have different DNA.

Biologically you are correct. Creepy isn't it LOL But no they are not sisters, they are cousins. Legally :) (and half sisters having the same father)
Identical twins... for a previous poster... have identical DNA, hence the world IDENTICAL! They are born of a single egg that split, the same as conjoined twins, but in a conjoined twin the egg doesn't split fully, in identical twins they do. Twins without identical DNA are called fraternal twins aka, born of two different eggs.

No, because although identical twins have ALMOST the same genetic makeup there are subtle differences. Check your highschool biology.

Not necessarily because twins are still two different people. To be siblings you often have to have the same birth mother. Being concieved by a twin won't make you brother and sister.
Plus you still have the chance of getting a different set of genes, you may get recessive genes from both parents and with the other sister you could get dominant from dad and recessive from mom.

Weird question but genetically they (the children) would be like whole (instead of half) siblings.

Okay that is an odd question but let me try to answer it. I believe that the kids would look similar but every sperm has it's own set of DNA and therefor it is very unlikely. The kids would be half siblings and cousins. weird.
