US News ranks medical schools in the US (research and primary care are ranked separately). The links are below.

Any state university medical school will be fine. There are a few diploma mill schools at the bottom end. Before you sign up for a private school look up what their rate of placement is for graduates who get into a residency.

It probably depends on the type of medicine that you are interested in practicing. The most well-known schools that I can think of are Harvard, Johns Hopkins. I heard NYU is good too.

I am not sure about schools outside the US.

I would say Johns Hopkins. To get INTO the building as a PATIENT, you need ID. People from all over the world go there for medical help.

theres alot in houston texas theres alot in san antonio dallas but houston has a huge one.
