4th February. Abstain a couple of days before and 4 days after if you don't want preganancy, or go like rabbits if you do. Ovulation occurs normally 14 days after the start of your period. Download this free ovualtion calender for your peace of mind.

If you have a 28 day cycle, then you probably ovulate on day 14 of your cycle (where day 1 is the first day of your period). This does vary from one woman to the next, though, so to be certain you should either chart your basal body temperature or use an ovulation predictor kit.

Since sperm can live inside you for 3 to 5 days, and your egg can live for only 1 day, then your most fertile days are days 9-14, more likely days 11-14.

Assuming you have the typical 28 to 30 day cycle, your most fertile day(s) would be 14 days before your next period which is halfway between both your periods. If you had your period last Monday, the 22nd, your most fertile day would be Feb. 5. Feb. 5 is day 14. However, if you want to get pregnant, you should have sex on day 10 (Feb. 1), day 12 (Feb. 3), day 14 (Feb. 5) and day 16 (Feb. 7). That will cover all your bases to make sure you got your ovulation time in there. Good luck.

this varies from woman to woman, the best way to know is to buy an ovulation predictor kit, and chart your temps using a basal body thermometer. You can find both at walmart. The BBT will be purple, and you can chart at fertilityfriend.com.
