I'm 20 years old and my breasts sag a bit and I was thinking about getting breast lifts.

Well anyway, my question is if I lift them now, can anything bad happen if I choose to have kids and breast-feed them in the future?

I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to my chest OR my baby.

So ultimatley, what's the worst that can happen?

In a breast lift the doctor lift the skin above the breasts and tighten the skin below the breast. They are simply lifting your breasts, not increasing or decreasing the size so it has nothing to do with your nipples. You can definitly still breast feed your baby.

It's breast augmentations and reductions that sometimes can cause a women to not be able to feed her baby. Higher end plastic surgeons rarely go through the nipple anymore. Instead they go through the belly button.

Check out that site. It is "Breast feeding After Reduction" but it can apply to lifts as well. Also check out:

If the doctor does not remove your nipples during surgery you have an excellent chance of breastfeeding. If they do, then you have a 50/50 chance.
