i would DEFINITLY say prestige cosmetics liguid eyeliner...it goes on your eyes PERFECTLY and its stay on...even works through tears...NO SMUGES its PERFECT!!! i love it...i wear it every day && it works like a charm....you should DEFINITLY try it...and since cost doesnt matter...you have nothing to lose

I actually have one thousand mascaras and ive merely discovered that lower priced mascaras suck so its maximum acceptable to make investments in a mascara that willl honestly get the pastime executed. i exploit Dior Mascara they are all strong and it cost $24 its kinda intense priced yet its staggering for length btw i have been given it at sephora. yet another strong one for length is MAC professional lengthy lash that's merely as strong and its $14. those are 2 of the most acceptable mascaras for lengthening

Almay is awesome, because the applicator is easier to use because it is much longer. The color is also very deep and rich, and does not come off easily. Plus there's the added benefit that it's hypoallergenic.

Revlon is rockin! Best staying power.
Or Prestige has very cute, pot style ones that make you feel like your live in the 50's.

Yves St. Laurent is probably the best you will get try sephora or mac.(probable sephora)
