Am preparing this project on a beach, and therefor wondering: what is the most memorable thing that ever happened to you at the sea, on a beach. Or maybe rather: what things happen in your dream on a shore, a beach?

*Strangest-some nut exposed himself to me @ Montauk,
have not been back since.
*Memorable(I have a few)- Spending it with a loved one( he was an incredible man ), doing a swimwear shoot, when I was 18 and 18 pounds ago(lol) and lastly making new memories, I adore the water, when I can get to the ocean, I go!, when I can't I'm happy swiming the sound, all though it can get a little nasty. Nonetheless, it's a safe haven for me, the only place in the world that makes any kind of sense, if you can relate?
*Dream state-I have recurring dreams of drowning, and losing a loved one, very intense nightmares for me. I suppose there could be some correlation to a past life, who knows? A physic woman once told me I lost my true soulmate in death, and I'll reunite with him @ the sea, if you believe that kind of thing? I thought it a bit nervy of her, when the man I was with was sitting right next to me and she said adamantly, it wasn't him(ha) guess that should go under strangest as well. Or maybe it's the fact I have been in over my head, with the sea having nothing to do with it(lol)! Good Luck Doc. (spell check not working, forgive!)

This was in a dream I had a few years ago.
A dark blue cloud came over and make it darker on the beach but yet, it was not a rain cloud and it did not look like night. It looked like early morning but no sun glow. It still was mild air temperature. Everyone stayed on the beach as if it was clear skyed. People still swam, built sandcastles, and did normal beach activties. I sat in my beachchair with a towel wrapped around me and took a nap. When I awoke, it felt cooler out but people were starting to leave the beach. The dark blue cloud was still covering and looked the same. But as I left the beach and walked back to the street to our beachhouse, the cloud left and it was black sky looking like 9:30 at night. I was cold at this point and I woke before i got in the beachhouse to warm up.

lots of things can & have happened on the beach.
like if you see dolphins or other sea creatures emerge from the ocean, some people will be moved & their lives can just change forever.
you could make love on a beach which can be more than romantic.

A killer whale swam ashore. It wriggled its way inland until it was no longer in the water. Then while squirming it kicked legs and thrust arms where fins had been before. It suddenly grew hair all over its body and got up on all fours. Still squirming it shook off any semblance of a sea creature and stood erect. The creature looked around in all directions and began walking out of sight inland.

I was young and we went to La Jolla, CA every year. I used to watch the people fishing in the evenings, such a peaceful time. One evening someone caught a pregnant stingray. They cut her open and some of the babies survived and were swimming in the pail. One was floating, dead. It broke my heart. I was a small child and I saw that baby and it's mama dead, the mama cut open like that. The other time, we found a dead seal with a gunshot in it's head on the beach. That broke my heart too.

When I was young, our family went to the beach. My mother detested dogs at the beach as they pee'd and pooped everywhere. Before too long however, a gentleman arrived at the beach (WITH A DOG! - much to Mum's disgust). Anyways, the gent went down for a dip, and while he was swimming his dog PEE'D on his beach towel. My Mum thought that was the best thing she'd seen for ages.

Well one time, I was at a beach with my friends- and it wasn't real crowded, but there were still people. And so then people see a fin out a little bit, like 40 meters off the shore. So me and my friend are FOR SURE its a dolphin and start wading out to it, and then these grandmas start yelling "SHARK SHARK SHARK!" And we're like no, but these ladies are flipping out, and like trying to get out of the tubes they were sitting in, and fell out! As much as they scared us, it was hilarous! We went a little more and we saw it was a dolphin, but it was pretty funny.

The strangest thing imaginable would be to be relaxing on a tropical beach when a tsunami (unnannounced) shows up. That would be terrifying!
