Peyton Manning is the best Quarter back in the league. he is "superior" to the other QBs in the league. He already holds the single season records fro Passer rating and touchdown passes. He should go on to break or challenge every major passing record, and even some other records like Brett Favre's consecutive starts record. He is the unquestioned face of football and the NFL. He has a strong arm, an accurate arm, and is also the smartest quarterback in the league. I already have him on the list with Montana, Marino, and Elway. Montana played outdoors, but in California, Marino in Miami. Sorry but that is tantamount to playing in a dome. It's not as though the snow and rain hurt their stats much. I am sick of people saying that Manning can't win the big game. Last week's game was big. The week before that as the team faced playoff elimination the Colts won. Their are a lot of big games. He hasn't won every big game but he has won a few. If not for the tuck rule Tom Brady might be a nobody.

Payton Manning is a good Quarterback no doubt. what the Bears have to do is mix up the plays on Manning. The blitz that is.Not let him know when it's coming. The Bears have to play on forth down. Try, to keep the ball as much as possible. Keep the safety's back for the big plays. cover the receivers.

He is a good qb and until he wins the big game he will go down with the likes of Marino in being a good statistics qb but has nothing to show for it. He will never be superior. At best he will be a great qb but superior forget about it.

Superior. He is the only quarterback that has owned the whole league like he has. He is the absolute best player to come to the league since the 90's, but he wont be considered as one of the best, until he wins it all. (like he can in a week!!)

He's good. I wouldn't put him in the class of Marino, Montana, or Favre because he plays half his games indoors under perfect conditions. If he were doing what he's doing in, say Cleveland, then he's move up the ranks.
For all the Favre haters, Jealous????
Or perhaps clueless???
