Can you kill people inn the sims 2?

Well, it depends on what you mean by that. One sim can't murder another sim. They can, however, die from things such as: old age, disease, starvation, and electrocution. If there's a fire, they can get caught in it and die. If they see a ghost, they can die from fright. They can also drown in a pool or be crushed by a satellite if they star/sky gaze for too long. One of the weirder ones is when there are a lot of dirty plates in one room surrounded by flies; when the sim walks in, they're devoured by the flies.

If you WANT to kill your sim, you can:
push "ctrl+shift+c"...a cheat box should appear
type in "boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true"
hold down "shift" and click on the sim you want to kill
click on "kill"
Choose "give dead token" or "die by flies"

One sim cannot kill another on purpose, but as the creator, you can. Sims can accidentilly kill others by setting the stove on fire and sims too stupid to stay away can wander into it. But yes, there are several ways to kill them as the creator, such as: death by fire, drowning, flies, etc....and if you have certain EPs and downloads then death by Cowplant and Scissors.

You can kill a character by building a square box around them. You do this by going into build mode and selecting the wall tool.
