Eather ask the comoany you bought it from for help if you still have their number(that might be on the box) or you can have someone come and look at your printer and fix it. Or call up the company and say why isnt my printer working? Or ask a friend or neighbor if they ever had a problem like that if yes how do you fix it if no ask another friend or neighbor. Good Luck I wish the best to you =)

When you put in new ink, there is often a small sticky bit of plastic to pull off the ink cartridge. It's there to make sure the ink doesn't dry out. Make sure you took that off.
Otherwise, it would be interesting to know if you get any error messages?

Since you state you REFILLED (NOT installed) Depending on your printer, you may have to RESET your printer's Estimated Ink Level.
Need to know the Make and Model of your printer........
The two links below give you examples.......

A common problem is that the cartridges are not properly seated in their holders. So, take them out set them back in until they snap into place.
Another problem is neglecting to remove the cellophane tape over the ink pad on the cartridge.
Check this while you have the cartridge out.
Hope this helps.
