Kick out all the seats and let supporters stand again, like the old days.

I think the yellow card for over-celebrating is a little ridiculous. I also think they should do the challenges like with tennis. Give each team a limited number of challenges per half where a player can challege a ref's call with video replay. But I don't think it should be unlimited, because I just think too much video replaying would ruin the fun and intensity in the match. But, with limited challenges, players could make it more fan than it is now without completely overdoing it or anything.

mine would be the time of the match....i think there should be an independent time keeper with a clock also in the stadium so every time the ball is out of play for wotever reason the clock is stopped so u actually get 45 mins each half of football...this would make timewasting irrelevant & the paying customers get a full game without all the other theatrics that go with it like the annoying late substitutions, & the continuing rolling around the floor feigning injury

the PK rule. Most of my American friends would say the offsides rule but eliminating the offsides rule will make footie far less beautiful to watch. You have a good point though.. what did the outfield player do to deserve an ejection from the game.

Just stick to the rules of the game no video technology what the ref sees he gives and if the ref gives a free kick the minute a player approaches him use the 10 yard rule if it takes it into the penalty area then its a penalty.Years ago players accepted that the refs decision was final

There should be an extra official who watches the game on a monitor and can reply any incident and then inform the ref of anything he might have missed. The ref is not always in the best position to see everything (same goes for the linesmen).
Having said that, it might be hard for smaller clubs to implement this because of the costs it might involve.

Instead of throw-ins I would have kick-ins. If I could change another rule it would be that the corner would be taken from where the ball was kicked over the end line. For example if the ball is kicked out between the edge of the penalty area and the touch line then it would be taken from where they are taken now. If it goes out in Side the penalty box but out side the goal box then it would be taken from the end line but where the penalty box meet the endline and if it is kick out in side the goal box then it will be taken from where the goal box meet the end line.

Mine would be that the fourth official can check the replay and therefore tell the referee by radio mic. That way more correct decisions would be made.
Technology is so quick now that this shouldn't waste too much time. Though I appreciate it would be silly if this was for every throw in etc!

Scrap penalty shootouts and scrap play-offs.
You're either good enough to be in the league above or you're not. Should the team in 6th in Championship really be allowed into the Premiership by virtue of winning a tiny knockout competition? Think not.
