If he is sneezing, has a runny nose and/or runny eyes, he could have snuffles, which is like a bunny cold. You need to take him to the vet to get antibiotics.
Rabbits are very good at hiding symptoms when they are sick, so it can be hard to tell when something's wrong. There may not be any obvious symptoms. If you know your rabbit well, you can tell when he just isn't acting normal. It's always a good idea to call your vet if you suspect something is wrong.
If your rabbit hasn't been eating, this is serious and he needs to go to the vet right away.

same as a sick human or other animal. Lethargic, stops eating, dull coat or eyes.
If your rabbit does not have the hard pellets and instead it is a light brown diarrhea, bring it to the vet asap. To put it simply, that means that your rabbit is basically starving and will die soon if a solution is not found (they need to eat their poop the first time it comes out to correctly digest it).

do you mean symptoms? Some symptoms you would see with any other animal. First of all just not acting like itself can be a sign of illness. Rabbits can have diseases in any of their body systems. Common rabbit illnesses may have signs such as runny nose, runny eyes, decreased or no appetite, diarrhea, constipation, lethargy. If you have any questions contact a vet who has experience treating rabbits.

What symptoms is your rabbit exhibiting that make you think it is sick? You can't expect anyone to be able to help you if you don't list any symptoms at all, not even a veterinarian.
