There are two answers to this and I've seen them both on talk shows - both are hilarious and unpredictible. Either Robin Williams or Terry Bradshaw. I would absolutely love to see them on the same talk show at the same time. Not sure I could take it!

if any one knows someone is going to be unpredictable - then they are predictable, so they cant be the most unpredictable

I don't know if everyone will know who this is, but I think the most unpredictable guest would be the guy that sings the numa numa song. You know, the one's that's all over youtube, and sort of dances to it?

Jim Carrey, Billy Connolly, and Robin Williams. All are unpredictable, and go on bizarre tangents. I love watching Billy Connolly on Parkinson. Actually, I think he may have been on Parkinson with Jim Carrey at one stage, or am I imagining that?
