They would technically be herbivores because the main constituent in their diet is cellulose which they obtain from wood.
In order to digest cellulose however they need a protozoan in their midgut which excretes enzymes to break down the cellulose fibres.....its a pretty cool mutualism.

Since their food is plant matter they would in the
broad sense be herbivores. To be more specific,
those that eat wood could be called xylovores,
from the Greek word xylon, meaning wood. I don't
remember at the moment the Latin word for wood,
but it could be used to construct a name, also.
Some termites feed on dead grass and other
non-wood types of plant material.

Due to their diet of woody plants, they would be classified as an herbivore.

Id say herbivore

But I know its really a furnivore
a doorframeivore
a floorboardivore
