When ever I start up the engine, I here a loud squeeking sound. I have a 2000 Toyota Echo. This sound seems to disappear after I start going about twenty-five miles per hour. Is this soething wrong with the weels, the engine, or something else??

Sounds like a belt needs to be tightened or if not adjustable spray on a a bit of fan belt anti slip. also could be the alternator bearing is going out.

check the serpentine belt, when started and making that noise pour a glass of water over the belt and if the noise goes away you have found the problem, replace the belt.

Sounds like a fan belt maybe. Go have it looked at. Belts are relatively inexpensive.

Check your belts. They often can slip and once heated up they expand causing the noise to cease.

Yeah, normal maintenance issue. Belts are cheap and easy to install. Still, it could be idler pulley or alt. as stated above.
