im 5'11 , kind of fast ,skinny, i dont know how to tackle below the knees, can catch well, and weigh 130

130 pounds for a 5"11 is way too skinny, but then again you said you were fast so whats your 40 yd dash time? If its under 4.7 then you should play WR or KR. Another option is that you put on a lot of muscle through whey protein (not steroids trust me) and learn how to tackle, that way you can play CB. 5"11 is pretty good size for CB even in the NFL.

Try one of the backs or receiver positions. On offensives you could try running back or wide receiver. With the other side of the ball try out for corner back or safety.
Guess who hates tackling the most, QBs. The real question depends on the rest of your team. Whichever skill position is available go for it and good luck.

Maybe WR but you might be to short for that.Running Back might be ok but need to gain a little weight or saftey.

wide reciever if your fast you can go to wide out if your tough you can be a slot reciever/ defense corner back/possibly defensive end depending on how old you are

honestly, well how much experience do you have? how old are you, with your type of build i would say saftey or reciver, but gain some weight or you'l get pummeled by the linebackers
