You'll need new brake pads, and most likely new rotors (disk brakes) or new drums (drum brakes.)
Repair shops will do both fronts, both rears, or all four at once.
They will not do one wheel at a time. (and that's a good thing for your safety.)

Next time, pay attention to the wear indicators squeeling, it'll save you from replacing the rotors or drums.

If the car vibrates when you press the brake it's a good chance that your rotors are gone. If your rotors are gone you might want to take it to a mechanic to make sure the brake plates are still on. If it doesn't vibrate you probably just need new brake pads.

Just about everything on each wheel. If rotors and or drums cannot be turned then must be replaced with new. Take to a reliable garage ASAP for an estimate to repair.
