You must establish your income with your company and make that a cost of the business. Too many times you get involved with a business and forget to pay yourself first. That is why you start your own business so that someday you can relax while residual income supplements your lifestyle. Even as a owner if you are precipitating in the workings of the operation you must get paid. No different than anyone else working for you. You want to pay yourself what you need to live the lifestyle that is comfortable to you.

It depends on how you have your business structured. I am guessing you are a sole propriator. In that case it is simple take money out of the company as needed.
You need to keep your personal and business finances seperate so transfer any funds for personal use to a personal account.
