False negatives are far more common than false positives, so you could potentially get a negative result. If you have a positive pregnancy test, you ARE pregnant.

False positives are very rare, where as false negitives happen if a woman tests too early, or if the test required more HCG. If you had a positive test, you ARE pregnant. If you take another test, it should come up positive...as long as it requires the same about of HCG(the pregnancy hormone). If you used a pregnancy test that required low levels, then you MIGHT get a negitive on another test that requires more, at least for a few days. I only took 1 test, and when I got positive I got a dr. appointment for a blood test to confirm.

Yes you will most likely get the same result from the same type of pregnancy test. But to be absolutely sure, you should have you doctor check especially if you are 1 or more weeks late.

Well most likely the test are 99.5% right so it would be rare if you were the 0.5% the only reason i can be wrong is if you have recently have a miscarrige drink excceive coffee or take meds which will give and bad result but go to your doc the can comfimed your pregnancy for sure

It should
If you take a pregnancy test later in the day, it might not show positive, early in pregnancy.
I am not sure what you are asking. Did you take two test, one positive and one negative?
Assume you are pregnant until you see the doctor.
Good luck

One positive should be plenty to tell you that you're pregnant. There was one time that I just couldn't believe it so I took several different tests to be sure. Some were darker lines than others and some were even negative.
If you've already gotten a positive test......congrats!!!

Yes. It Should. False negatives can happen but false positive are very rare. If it said Pregnant once already you will most likely get the same answer on a repeat.

It should. Try taking the test first thing in the morning, this will increase your chances of getting an accurate reading.

yes, because it is testing for the pregnancy hormone hcg. if it is positive that means you had hcg in your urine. increased amounts of the hormone are present in the morning so that's the best time to test. but it will not have a different result.
