Lately I have been getting sharp pains in my head. They happen to be sudden knife stabbing pains. As quickly as they occur they also happen to go. what is happening? what is the deal? PLEASE HELP ME!

Do you wear glasses?

If you do, mis-adjusted glasses can cause such things...I know from personal experience.

Have you recently struck your head? Are you suffering from a head cold?

They could be from anything, or nothing. Something like this is best dealt with by a medical professional.

There can be innumerable reasons for different types of head aech.
Fundamentally,you should not try to suppres by some analgesics.
The most common cause is indigetion and stomuch disorder.For this the best way is do a one day or delayed fasting (No intake of food except things like water,fruit juice etc)
The other common causes are strain to eyes and lack of enough sleep.
IN ANY CASE ONE MUST FIND THE CAUSE OF HEADACHE INSTEAD OF SUPPRESSING TEPORARILY.IT IS LIKE COLD,THE GATEWAY FOR MANY OTHER DISORDERS.
