My girlfriend bled a LOT! she said it was more than her period, is that normal? i thought it would only be a little?

If you have to ask this sort of question then you are not really ready to be having sex.

There is no 'normal' a girl may not bleed at all, may bleed a little or may bleed a lot, it depends on a lot of different things and what part of the vagina is bleeding - normally the hymen or the vaginal walls.

yes, Some women bleed very little, some women bleed a lot, and many women don't bleed at all. Almost all women have at least a few openings in their hymens through which menstrual blood passes, but sometimes these openings are quite small and the hymen resists breaking.

there can be alot of bleeding when her hymen becomes ruptured. this is normal. What isn't normal if the bleeding continues. If that occurs then she would need to see a doctor.

some woman do. some dont. depends on if the use tampons or masturbate or anything of that nature.
