So I can't download java because it says there is not enough disk space to install it. There is plenty of disk space. I have tried disk cleanup and defragmenting and it shows there is plenty of space. Can anyone help?

Well, you can make sure it is comming from sun systems web site.. www.sun.com, another thing is check to see if your limited on disk pace per user, you can check this under system profiles... it will tell you your share of space left.

The only other thing would be the firewall could prevent but not likely, just try shutting down for 30 secs, then rebooting and go from there,... other than that I would need more information...

If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me on the e-mail address on my site. Let me know how it goes!

try downloading it and saving it to a file...then f8 and safe mode with network and that might help......try compressing hard drive.......but not that good a deal......maybe try an update from control panel / java and or remove the java from your system thru add/remove programs and reinstall that way........might try a work around....that way good luck hope that helps!
