Yes I remember and no I will not divulge that info but in answer to the first question: the best time is when one is mature enough to approach birth control responsibly and understand the ramifications and motives of why you want to have sex. Especially if this is a first....

I would say that you'll know when you're ready.... but by the time you're ready you'll likely have been sexually active for years already. So.... cast your fate to the wind.
The only way you'll regret it is if it's coyote ugly sex or you get an STD.. (btw children are the worst STD to get).
