I doubt anyone posting here remembers the first 20.

I would have to say the later 20. I can point to the Rams/Titans game, both Venitieri game winners, Dallas/Steelers 95 and some other ones as far as exciting games go.

But then again I am sure to a 49ers fan the 55-10 win over the Broncos was an "exciting" game. There was that one run the NFC had for about 13 or so years where they always blew out the AFC. Of course every Super Bowl is fun, but as far as exciting goes I would point to the last 10 or 11 years.

I think you would have to go with the last 20 Super Bowls, mostly because of their impact.

With millions upon millions of people watching them, and the level of play now seen today, I can't imagine the first 20 being better.

Never would you see amazing performances of the likes of the Randle El pass last year, or Tom Brady's clutch play, or the incredible hitting power of defenses in the early years.

The argument can be made that it used to be a much pure game, but these guys playing now are so much more impressive.

***I assume you meant better to watch, and not as importance. Because obviously the first Super Bowls which lead to the merger of the AFL and NFL were far more important in history.
