I'm too tired these last couple of weeks, I need a quick way to relaxe and charge my batteries after work 'cause I look really scary these last few weeks, gray skin, dark eye circles and so on

First of all it sounds like you need a few nights of good sleep! Then try to pamper yourself when you get home from work. Put on a facial mask (tho help your skin), and cool eye mask (for the dark circles), and then hop in a hot bath with a glass of wine and relax for a half hour. It is amazing how much better you will feel!

relaxing means you need to take the time for you, soak in tub, curl up on the couch, watch a comedy type movie. There really isn't a quick way to recharge after several weeks, get a good night's rest.

By doing something that you can do more slowly for a while and then later on relaxing to low volume slow music. When people try to go from frantic to stop it doesn't work because the mind is still racing.

Nice, warm sensous bath with candles - have a good soak.

Then indulge in a range of products - exfoliate your tired skin, moisturise for smooth skin etc

Get a good night sleep.

Wake up in the morning feeling like a million dollars and smile.

Since u don't have the time 2 go 2 a spa then take a hot bath or a milk bath with roses.

Ok. This work really well. Go and tell everyone else who lives in your house to go somewhere. maybe to the shops. Sit on the most comfortable chair in the house and have a nice rest. OR you can take a day off work and go to a daily spa.

relax in a hot bath with candles and incense. listen to classical music and have a drink. make sure noone is around to disturb you. have the lights dimmed, and splurge and get yourself a nice bottle of bath beads.... let your mind rest and meditate.
