These are the latest versions.
You will find, however, that the files are saved as .flv files. You can download FLV Player from the first site, or Riva FLV Player from the second site.

If using Firefox get the video downloader extension. Then while viewing the video click on the video downloader icon and it will save to wherever you select.

there is an extension for it on firefox but using something else you may go on www.videodownloader.net and put in the URL. This will only let you download flash though
