It's for a fuel line. I took it to a shop and the mechanic showed me the fuel leak coming down from it.

Call a shop and ask for an estimate, or take to 2-3 shops before you decide what to do. Just depends on what unit is bad and if this is really the problem. Can check you local auto parts store for what the part will cost.

Oil and water are cheap. You just unscrew the old one and screw the new one in. $15 or so.
