My cousin plays this unusual game, does anyone else play anything similar?

My cousin has been playing this since he was 2. He got the idea from windscreen wipers, and now he uses anything from plants to servettes and runs around imagining hes doing other stuff, so its like dreaming 'cept hes awake and more active, He says he only plays it now (at 13) because he gets bored and hes "addicted"- do you know anyone else who plays games like this?

okay he runs around around the back yard waving objects (anything from palms [off mini palm trees] to servettes) and imagines things and like acts it out when hes running. theres nothing else wrong with him. Is this just simple imagination gone a little wild?
