No, it doesn't. If it does everytime you eat it then your body probably doesn't make an enzyme called lactase, which breaks down a disaccharide called lactose (found in milk and all dairy products). People who don't make this enzyme or have an enzyme-mutation for lactase are lactose intollerant, so the way to get rid of it is to stop eating dairy products or take a pill for it.

yes it does, but i am not lactose intollerant so its wierd but ice cream and i do not get along, try sorbet, or natural ice cream without all the other stuff in it, your should be ok with sorbet, but i just dont eat ice cream any more, not worth the trouble the next morning

You may have an intolerance to lactose. I would find out from your doctor and not eat ice cream till you find out why.
