they're calcium marks, no idea how to get rid of them, just paint your nails, any color will cover them up

When I was younger people had me convinced that it was how many boyfriends I would have or how many I had crushes on. But is to do with the amount of calcium in your body. As you get older they will go away. The tips of my nails look like I have a french manicure all the time now.

Those white marks are indicators of "trauma" to the nail...they are not serious, of course, and will grow out as the nail grows...

a clear indicator that you lack calcium. drink more milk, if necessary take calcium supplements, and they'll go away.

you need to eat more calcium.... like fish...
