From what I read in the new Charmed magazine, their will also be 3 audio commentaries on 3 episodes. The first episode of the season, the last episode, and the tenth episode,(the last one with Leo,with Brian Krause participating). The article also stated that are are working with the legal dept. to get the unaired pilot on.

From what I have read about the box set , yes to 1 and 2 but no to 3, all sets will be similar.
