Is dane cook really that funny or just overrated?

I really don't find anything funny about him at all. He acts retarded and in my opinion, he just steals people's material.

I never thought Dane Cook was funny, everyone just hyped him up and yes, he is way overrated.

Some of the stuff is funny, but he's really obnoxious and stupid sometimes which really annoyes me.

So I think its a little of both.
