Yes, Bill Parcells retired.

I'm hearing the top candidate is Norv Turner, currently the offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers.

The Cowboy organization is very familiar with Turner, he was the offensive coordinator to Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, and that great Dallas team.
