Actually, the three main parts of the cell division are INTERPHASE, MITOSIS, and CYTOKINESIS. Here are the stages of the cell cycle:
1) Interphase
2) Mitosis: Prophase
3) Mitosis: Metaphase
4) Mitosis: Anaphase
5) Mitosis: Telophase
6) Cytokinesis

Meiosis is not part of the cell division because it is it's own process. If you read a definition of Meiosis it will say:Meiosis-is the PROCESS by which the number of chromosomes is reduced by half to form sex cells-sperms and egg.
Also, Cell Division is it's own process. A process can't be a stage for another process. (Because Meiosis is it's own process, it can't be a stage of the Cell Division because cell division is already it's own process) See what I mean.

Also Binary Fission is it's own process.

I hope I didn't put too much information there.

It is Mitosis and meiosis.
Binary fission is asexual reproduction.
Meiosis is two consecutive cell divisions resulting in 4 daughter cells instead of 2.
Cytokinesis is the division of the cytoplasm of a cell following division of the nucleus. so its def. not that one.
