First of all, you don't need to be doing these types of things if you aren't ready to have a child. Second, you cannot get pregnant without vaginal intercourse. So, no need to worry. Just be more safe next time and think about the consequences before your actions.

0% chance if only fingers are used. I have never heard of sperm coming from the tip of a finger
