I've heard of a website that will track your property, show the sales history and current estimated value. ?I think it was something like 'godzilla'... Help?

A lot of people recommend Zillow.com, but they have a very limited service area and there are lots of mistakes. It's fun to look at (if it even tracks your neighborhood) but don't rely on it. If you want a good estimate, call a realtor and ask him/her to run comps for you.

You're probably thinking of zillow.com. I've seen some mistakes on that site before. Sometimes it's better to try and see if your town website has a link to the assessors page with the revaluation info.

There are a few sited you can visit. They are not always right on target but if you visit all of them it could give you a better range. Good luck.

zillow.com
realestateabc.com
homevalues.com
yahoo.com (go to real estate and click on home values)
