I'm in my senior year of college, and I'm planning to further my education by going to graduate school to obtain my doctorate, but I would like to stay at the school that I choose and receive my M.D. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should look?

Well many state universities and private, elite colleges (like Harvard and Yale) offer what you seek.
BUT: It's all a matter of actually getting in, so try looking up a college that fits your academic profile by looking at books that should be available at your local library or through one of these websites.

Go to your college library. They have the Peterson reference books that will tell you the ratings of all the colleges and their degree programs. Your reference librarian will be able to explain to you how to use the books.
