Money can make people do evil things they wouldn't ordinarily do. For example.. A poor man trying to feed his family takes a job skinning live Raccoon dogs. (check out PETA) He knows it is wrong to skin an animal alive, bleeding suffering screaming in pain.. then just tossing it in a truck to bleed to death. But he does it for money and doesn't listen to his heart and head that this is wrong and this should be stopped. Money can be the root to evil for sure.. All evil, I'm not sure I think some people have no conscience and get thrills off being evil without money involved.

It can very well be. Most of the people who have a lot of money never use it for anything except to make their own lives more comfortable. They could care less about other people and their situation. There are a few, of course, who do care and do their best to help others, but they are few and far between.
