Wikipedia has a vert general information about Clamp's manga Angelic Layer, they only mentioned very little of how the manga and anime are different/ Hope some one can put up a good guide on the character, plot and couple differences from the manga to the anime.

the difference is that the graphic novel is the original and holds nothing back as for the anime there are certain restrictions so some parts were not fit for tv so the cut it out..the best you can do is find the dvd that says uncut....

I haven't finished reading the manga, but here are some differences: In the anime, Misaki's mom is confined to a wheelchair, but she's fine in the manga. In the manga, Icchan always says, "Icchan go boom!" to scare Misaki, but in the anime, he doesn't do that. Also, in the manga, Misaki and Kotaro are paired together, while in the anime, Misaki isn't paired with anyone, although Ohjiro has a crush on her. Sorry, this isn't much, but I have to find some time and finish the series.
