Most probable he will not be selected in the team. He and Sachin got more chances than any other player. But Vengsarkar has mentioned that inspite of the out of form of Sachin, he will be in the team. But Chappel told only about Sehwag that he might not be included in the team. And Dravid also told that the players who are not included in the World Cup team will not be disheartened as lot of matched are coming after World Cup. The bad performers of World Cup will be deleted and will be replaced by new players. While taking all facts into consideration; Sehwag will not be included in the team.

Yes, sure.
He was temporarily dropped from the team, just,so that he plays domestic cricket and regains his form.
A small break from international cricket will work well for good players who are currently going through a lean patch.
This was done to send a message that no one can
take their places in the team for granted, the non performing
players, players who strike once in 15 matches won't be
entertained.
Being a star batsman,with tremendous potential,he will
surely be selected for the ICC World Cup. Same for Pathan.

hope the foolish selectors will select him though he never used his bat in recent years after the india tour of pakistan where he made a triple centuary.
the board selects people depending on the obidiency to board ,background and zone of the player and not on the skill.
"UNFORTUNATELY THE SELECTORS ARE UNABLE TO FIND 10 PLAYERS FROM A COUNTRY OF 100 CRORE POPULATION !"

I know he will be, but should he be?
He has not done anything to correct his mistakes.
Remember it is difficult to get into the big league but it is even harder to be there. One needs to constantly work on oneself to be there. He seems to be living with his mistakes.Everybody has studied and found his strengths and weakness, has he found any new strength within himself.
