Hes been acting strange and creepily hes..eating raw meat.

Lycans do not exist so your friend cannot be turning into one. Some people eat raw meat because according to some studies it is healthy, discounting parasites, germs, and other bacteria. You both are probably taking movies way too seriously because they are not real.

Unfortunatly, there is no such thing as a genuine Lycan. Does he think that he is an animal? If so, then he could have a mental disease known as Lycanthropy. It is a mental illness where the person thinks he/she is an animal and acts like one. This has been believed to be where the legend of the Lycan originates.
However, your friend could just prefer raw meat.

If your friend was a lycan, he'd be born with a genetic condition shared by maybe six people worldwide. He'd likely be mentally slow, and covered or mostly covered in soft, fine fur all the time, all day, every day.
Does this describe your friend? I doubt it.
Tell him eating raw meat is a great way to get worms.

Is he hairy all over? Does he have breath that could melt paint ? Is he humping your leg?
If the answer is yes, then you just might be strange.
