I go to another place where other Booger people live like Elves, Pixies, etc, I also dream I am flying when I sleep but not in a plane or other devise

You know, I kinda thought everyone did the same as me. I'm sorry for everyone who goes to sleep worrying, mulling over mundane issues or not thinking about anything at all. :(

I like to read before I go to sleep. It takes my mind off my problems and it makes me tired enough that I'm thinking how warm comfy and relaxing my bed is.

I like to visualise great things happening...not just to me, but also to others. Pre-sleep and the moment when you awaken are the most psychic times of the day, and when your subconscience is most receptive to the things you feed it. Might as well make them positive ey?

I tend to read before going to sleep, as it helps relax me, clear my mind of the days events and tires my eyes.

I think about what would happen if I ever won the lottery. Who I help, what I would buy, where I would live...I am out like a light in 10 minutes.

The best escape plan for me and the kids if theres a fire, a burgular, a natural disaster etc. Weird i know but i like to have a plan in case.

If I was thinking, then I wouldn't get to sleep.
Thinking and not being able to 'shut off' is one of the main causes of insomnia, or not being able to get to sleep.
