the problem is my best friend is being mean to me and were not best friends anymore. and i said to my other friend that were not bff anymore and my friend said ya good she is a not a good friend and this friend doesn't like her and last night my best friend called me .and she wants to be friends again and i don't know what to do!

I you were best friends, you'll be able to forgive and forget each other after anything.And don't forget about jealousy. That other friend probably is jealous of you being friends with other girl.
Anyway, best friends aren't that easy to find, but are so easy to loose.
So listen to your heart, remember old funny moments and they will bring you to the right decision.

be honest with her and maybe you can work something out. actions speak louder than words and if you give her another chance, let her know what you will tolerate, and you wont tolerate her being mean to you anymore.
if you truly have no room for her in your life, then gently let her go. you can do it tactfully and just let her know you arent going to be treated meanly by her or anyone. maybe thats why she is in your life at the moment, to teach you what you deserve in a friend.

well do you really want to be friends with her again...even if she was mean to you? You need to ask her why she did it. If she really wants to be your best friend again, she'll change her ways for you.....

it all depends on u. do u want to be friends with her or dont . do u think she will not get mad at u. its ur chose. but i wouldnt be friends with her becuz she was mean and i think she might keep on being mean.
