Chinchillas are from the Andy mountains, so normally they have problems with birds that can get up high. even though there in south america (naturally) they still live in colder climats. The only other major hunter would be people. Even though chinchilla fur is illegal in many countries it's still done to the point there almost extent in the wild. So birds and humans are the main preditor. Also there usualy found at night as well.

Why would you ask? Chinchillas are from the Andes mountains. They are nocturnal animals, so whatever preys at night could pretty much eat them if they could catch them. They are extremely fast. They are pretty much day time hybrinators. In their true environment, they stay hid in burrows or caves or under large rocks.
