please help! i am having alot of trouble losing weight! i am 5'5 and weigh 129 pounds(mostly muscle though) any ideas?

What is wrong with you? If you lose any more weight you will lose any suggestion of a figure. Sitck-thin girls are gross.

You're having trouble losing more because your body has reached a balance that it is happy with. When people are overweight, the fat comes off easily; when they are at a healthy weight, the body resists. Do not deprive yourself of a feminie shape or of the nutrients your body needs.
