Start Barbosa for all the previously stated reasons.

Barbosa is more consistent fantasy stats-wise. Bell focuses on defense and looks great when his 3s are dropping but if not, he might only score 6.
Barbosa is the 2nd driver of the PHO engine after Nash and does quite well. He'll be more stat line performer unless you need more defensive stats

Barbosa definitly. he out scores him has a better free throw and field goal % and more assists barbosa over bell

Raja Bell because ehe has been getting more play in the rotaion of late.
