STAY OFF YOUR FEET, LADY! The baby has dropped putting more pressure on your hips. But, are you sure it isn't contractions that you are having? Either way, if it gets any worse, or you develop any other problems, CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!

Lots of bed rest. Start your maternity leave from work and stay off your feet. Doctors usually recommend that women dont travel or be too active the last month of preganancy (which I wish I would have been told when I was preganant because I ended up going into labor a month early). Good luck!

This means your baby has dropped. Which is awesome becuz its normally 2 to around 4 weeks until you give birth. And yes while this is going on you will get some painful contractions if they are't regular or if hey don't get stronger there is nothing to worry about. Otherwise go to the er.
